"Billboard" JSC was founded in 2001 with initial interests in the field of the wide-format digital print. The same year it realized its first investment in new equipment, purchasing digital printing machine from the leading American manufacturer Vutek.

Establishing itself very quickly on the wide-format printing market, in 2003 the company commenced investments in the offset printing development as well. This is the business section where the subsidiary "Dedrax" Ltd started operation. In the same year a quality management system ISO 9001:2000 was successfully implemented.
